Ilam Hardy Potatoes - Spring
This classic New Zealand variety is a must in the kitchen for spring. Boiled simply with a sprig of mint and a hint of salted butter will bring back childhood memories for many. While often referred to as a floury potato, they are waxy during the new season period and gradually become floury as the season continues. We believe this is when they are special so for a limited time look out for them in the supermarket as fresh as when they we’re picked, unwashed and unpacked.
